As a registered nurse, I need to stay fit and healthy since I’m always moving around. At the same time, I was tired of paying so much for a trainer that basically told me to do the same boring exercise over and over again with little to no results. A friend of mine recommended FS Kickboxing, I have completed this program and repeated phase 3 a few times, its a really tough work out but it is so effective and I love how I can do it right at home (Perfect for nurses since we work crazy hours!).
