All I to say is that this is a no bullshit program. Its hard, but its so effective. I work all day at a desk, sometimes up to 14 hours in a row and I was having major back issues. Working through FS Kickboxing I noticed my posture getting better, and I felt much more refreshed. I really like how Mike added the complimentary mobility work.

Now I can confidently go places and take my shirt off without getting insecure.
